Amara Pontani, Personal Trainer offers personal training for all levels of fitness, one on one sessions, group fitness, circuit training, corporate training, and even couples plus best friends. These are all recommnded ways of training which will help you feel comfortable in your training environment and also helps you achieve your best health and fitness goals.
I Amara Pontani have completed a series of qualifications and accreditations which helps me, as a personal trainer deliever the very best health and fitness knowledge to all my clients. Some of these include certificate 111 & 1V in Fitness, advanced thump boxing accreditation, fitball for women, living longer living stronger programmes for seniors, children and young adults training, training clients from the disability services of WA, freestlye group fitness, and also training clients from the corporate and mining industries. Many of these accreditations help me to ensure all my clients are pleased with the successfull outcome of their fitness goals.
I believe Personal Training or even walking around the block requires dedication and motivation, this is why when training all clients I focus closely not only on the body but the mind and soul. Everything in life comes from the minds process of positive thinking, believe it or not the body will be transformed naturally with exercise.
When a persons mind experiences the flows of positive thinking, physical adaptations occur within the body, these flows then turn into life changing goals and life experience's.Think of it this way, a person who achieves 20 minutes of running on a treadmill automatically feels the flow of happy energy within the body, this will then strive the person to want to continue with the same good feelings. There is also a release of adrenaline which consists of emotions, wants and needs. The body will then physically adapt body changes which creates more positive happy thinking and so the cycle goes on.
I recommend all adult clients achieve 2-3 60 minute sessions of physical activity per week with a personal trainer to help motivate and maintain their fitness levels and body changes. I will guide you on your journey to a healthy, fitter, longer living , feeling greater lifestlye. As your mind becomes enlightened with exercise your bodies physical aspect will become an improving example, these examples includes -
